Nice Hotel but the cleanliness is not all there the let out bed had a Big Stain on the mattress ..

The pool & Workout area.

A cereal bar and a Water bottle is not breakfast for me..😞😞

It was a nice and peaceful two days

I miss the breakfast both days. I like how the room is dark in the morning; the sun doesn’t wake you up.

The water took a while to get hot

I'll be back

The value for the room. Wish I had come sooner, I've paid twice as much for less. Also very pleased with the customer service. I stay in alot of hotels for work and this one is refreshing after all the bad customer service I do encounter. Thanks for making it more then pleasant.

The television glitched alot, signal or something.

Disastrous place to stay

Close to work

Staff attitude and they do not care about the guests. No house keeping even on repeated requests and manager was very arrogant.

Resident Inn dirty and old

The bed was comfortable

The fireplace didn't work, the furniture ( the couch and chair) was dirty. There was dust on the refrigerator and the window sill along with dead bugs in the window sill. Management had a bad attitude. Paint peeling old wall paper. Hotel needs to be updated

Great stay, amazing staff, would book again.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite and it was great for my daughter, her two friends and myself. Adequate space and I was able to have my own room and they had their own space. It was comfortable.

The breakfast wasn’t good. It was giving public school lunch. The waffles were prepackaged. The coffee was good though.

Left at 6:30 am no breakfast

Notification of hidden fee for parking. $12.00 for parking. Have never paid for parking before. Was not told about this fee before booking. Will not stay at another Marriott hotel again and will not book at booking.com again. On entering room everything seemed alright except for the dirty dishes in the sink. Makes one wonder how clean is clean?

snake made me sick. won’t go back

physically very clean. remotes worked. no water drips or running toilets

says no smoking but our hallway was overrun with cigarette smoke. actually ruined our trip because it caused some health issues by the third night. shower head is so close to the wall that you have to stand on the pop up drain and try not to trip to get in the water which I had to duck down to use. Still using Covid breakfast and nothing fresh.

PUT THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT ON THE SITE

That y’all want 500 dollar deposit! That wasn’t mentioned until check in time! I had to find another hotel at short notice. Another young lady from out of town! Had the same dilemma! Staff didn’t even care about the inconvenience! Then to hold up our money for 3/5 business days & tell us y’all ain’t responsible for overdraft fee is ridiculous! I’ll never book with this hotel again!!!!

Front desk was outstanding but everything else just fair.

No coffee..fruit not fresh.did not get anything as a result. At one time breakfast very good.had to pay.

Had to pay for parking .previous stays no parking fees. This location is not in a limited area for parking.

The breakfast was great and the pool was good!

The room smelled like pee and when I asked them about it they said it was the cleaning products they used 🤯 there were multiple wet spots and there was a dog in the next room! I asked what can they do to compensate me, and the manager on duty was rude and said they couldn’t do ANYTHING!!!
