Mold on the shower curtains, bathroom not flushing right and weak breakfast. Stayed at many other places similar to this Hyatt, but the place is showing its age.

Really nice room, nice lobby, convenient on and off the freeway. Restaurant, shopping and hospitals all near by. Would definitely stay there again.

The blackout draperies in our room 203 were shredded with rips. There was a spotlight immediately below our window focused upward and a bright light shown in all night. Parking lot loud with motorcycles and early morning trash pickup before 5am The in room hvac was severely dented should be replaced. Room was comfortable otherwise Shower water got hot very quickly

We book Hyatt Places often when traveling with our family of five. This property was below the expectations we have come to have from Hyatt Place hotels. The staff was friendly and efficient. However, the room was very worn. Carpet in the room was stained and lifting in places, stains on furniture, pillows lumpy and flat, doors scratched up and dinged up. Just overall not great condition. Breakfast was not good. The fitness room had only three cardio machines, no dumbbells or any thing else at all and the pool was closed, which we were not aware of when booking. I would not book here again.

Overall, I have no real complaints about this hotel that I could make other than a few nitpicks. I think the rooms could probably use a renovation, and that the breakfast offered could do with a bit more variety. Still, for the price of the duration I stayed I was comfortable and didn't feel like I was staying at some low-end bargain hotel. I would probably stay here again if I visited Michigan again and picked Livonia as my home for the trip.

Hotel is all in all a pretty nice one. Only complaint is the hot water ran out while showering and there isn’t a pool at the location.

The hotel is very nice. I particularly liked the breakfast, which was excellent. Good eggs and sausage and good coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient to the highway.

The room we stayed in was good, clean, and spacious. The service we received was terrible. The reason I chose this hotel was so that I could have my mom meet us there for dinner at the Placery restaurant, but the girl at the front desk told us that our only option was wings and fries. She also told us there was a full bar. I went down to get a couple drinks, but she didn't know how to make anything. After I tried my best to coach her through how to make a Moscow Mule and a Bloody Mary, she still filled the short glasses up only halfway and charged us $15 for each. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Arrived at the room at around 4 pm to unpack and head out for dinner. After dinner came back with friends and found to couch stained so towels had to be placed on them in order to sit. A bit later, turning back the bed sheets to retire, found a huge stain on the sheet. Called the front desk to ask for this to be corrected, but was told that housekeeping was gone but she could give us another room. I explained to her that I was on oxygen and if someone could bring some sheets to the room. She (Deneah) came to the room and handed me the sheets not even asking if she could change them. In the morning, got up to take a shower only to discover no soap or shampoo was provided. Then the complimentary breakfast had no meat to accompany the eggs. I asked the lady servicing the breakfast area if they had meat and she simply replied no and walked away (at check out the manager said there should have been meat provided). So filty unsupplied room with rude personnel at this Hyatt. I did speak with the manager upon leaving (who along with her associate) were kind and listened well to let them know that this was the worst hotel we ever stayed at. They were very apologetic, and offer a full refund or would comp us another stay that next time we were in town. We'll see if this happens.

I don't appreciate that the pool was not open. When I booked the room months ago, it was availble.Now it is not. We should have been alerted prior to check in. Going to a gym down the street ( which is what was offered) is not convenient. Very disappointed. May not return because of this.

Room and hotel was clean, staff was pleasant to interact with outside of one exception, area was busy with eating and shopping options. However 2 main things we look for when booking are always breakfast and a swimming pool both of which were very disappointing. The pool was seasonally closed, they did offer an off property option but it was off property so we only went once. Breakfast got progressively worse by the last day they were out of all hot foods and most cold by 8:30am and brought nothing else out. Young lady working in the kitchen was rude. When I did inquire to the manager about nothing being available she asked the kitchen she was informed the truck didn't show up. I would assume this should have been something the manager would have known prior.

We got to the hotel and were informed that the pool was not open. In fact, it had been closed for more than a year. We were not aware of this when booking, otherwise we would not have stayed here. We were travelling with children and they were looking forward to time in the pool. Additionally the bar downstairs was not adequately staffed. The woman at the front desk had to run both the desk and the bar. The lobby also had quite a lot of fruit flies. The room itself was ok. Pretty dated and a little bit musty.

The breakfast is included but when we arrived at the breakfast 50 minutes before the end there was nothing left to eat. No bread, no egg, cold oatmeal, no fruits, no bowl to put cereal in. The lady at the front desk just told me: it is what it is. Very poor answer ans service.

Stayed here a few years ago and loved it. I was only here 1 night and it was fine but not as great as it was before. Biggest complaint was breakfast waffle maker wasn’t working, and a couple other small items with breakfast. I’m sure that will be fixed though. The front entrance clearly has some water damage and they had fans trying to dry out and clean up, but I’m sure that will be fixed too. The rooms are GREAT they are big and comfortable so that’s the most important. I would still stay again.

No swimming pool (out of service since last summer according to the staff), front desk is so rude and unhelpful. Front entrance roof was leaking buckets of water. It was wet, smelly and trip hazardous.
