They checked us into an occupied room where we disturbed a man in his pajamas named Mac. The floors in the hallways were quite dirty. Bad vibes all around.

I enjoyed the room everything was clean even though I always bring my lysol and wipes to clean over. Bed was comfy and the Front desk clerk Tori was amazing she made sure we was comfortable. Hotel surrounded around a lot of restaurants and things

Didn’t get the room type that I chose, too was 85 degrees upon arrival, never caught up. Could not sleep in a room that would not get below 75. Hot water did not work well, 2 cold showers. Would not recommend

Service was wonderful & staff was friendly & professional. Noise level was loud during sleeping hours , constant running thru halls and upper floors and extremely thin walls. Also could have power washed duck poop from sidewalk over course of 2 days it accumulated…..

Thai hotel is very poorly unkept . Very subpar for Marriott hotels. Room was very expensive for how plain the rooms and hotel was. Lack of maintenance was the main factor. Definitely won’t be going back

Affordable, spacious, clean and quiet. The cleaning left something to be desired. no service the first day, and the second day was inadequate. Nice neigborhood with plenty of shopping and dining.

First of all the place reeked of curry! No matter how much I cleaned the room and sprayed the smell wouldn’t go away! There were ants all over the table and lamp by the couch. The water was too cold so showering was miserable. There was a dirty pair of thongs under my bed when I was checking for bed bugs. Thankfully no bed bugs but a thong was there instead. Burn holes riddled the bed comforter and yet I was charged for a $250 smoking fee when I didn’t even smoke in the room! The room was not clean and they fraudulently charge you fees for things you didn’t do! The complimentary breakfast is a joke! The coffee was lukewarm and the food was disgusting! Never again will I ever stay at a Residence Inn!

The lobby looks great, the staff is great, then you go to the room…beat up and broken furniture, stained carpet, uncomfortable lumpy mattress. And the desk clerk said she upgraded me because of a delay at check-in. Like I said, the front end was great. The room needs a complete rehab.

Housekeeping was terrible. The two times they actually came, they didn’t change sheets, the floors were sticky and there were hairs stuck in places in the bathroom. There was blood on a pillow that didn’t belong to me and even when I left it out for housekeeping to change it, I came back and it hadn’t been touched. The pool was shut down and black, but that wasn’t stated when I made the reservation, which was the main reason for staying at this location.

This hotel room was filthy. From dirty kitchen sinks, food stains on furniture and curtains, dirty toilet and tub, ants on counter in bathroom and by window in bathroom, horrid smell with hidden car air fresheners in lamp, not a hanger to be found in the place, the TVs did not work, literally food still on plates in the cupboard, glasses were stuck to the cupboard. I’m not even kidding. The phones did not work to call front desk, or anywhere. Broken light fixtures. There isn’t enough space to

The check was not friendly or welcoming. Mgr name is michael. Room service only Tue and Thursdays. They didn't come on Tuesday. Needed towels and front said come get them because she was eating. Hot water is a joke. I had take cold showers each day.

Needs updating: gouges in the walls down the hallways. Toilet seat broken in one of two bathrooms, how could the unit been cleaned and this not noted. Top of refrigerator full of crumbs waiting to attract critters. Fireplaces not working, nothing noted on description that fireplaces do not work for safety reasons. No security, a domestic violence altercation took place for 30 plus minutes, hitting, banging and/or kicking doors. Followed by the perp pulling the fire alarm@3:36AM out of frustration.
