Clean, continental breakfast, close to Newport.
No elevator, very expensive for this level of accomodation, but not out of line for the area, unfortunately.

Our TV wasn’t working when we first got to the room, but the staff came immediately and fixed it for us. They even checked back to make sure everything was working correctly and they were very friendly and helpful. I also appreciate that the floor was NOT carpeted - it felt cleaner because of that.
Every hotel/motel/inn has a distinct smell, but the smell at this location was a bit stronger than I was used to and it stayed in my clothes. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning in case you’re sensitive to odors. It was probably related to the cleaning supplies, but I’m not sure.
