Well on line they said breakfast was included. But I got coffee at McDonald's and my family got something from there as well.

Really convenient location, close to Ktown and DTLA. A short drive to other parts of LA as well. A lot of parking spaces which was really good. Room was spacious, clean and simple, which was all we needed as we were out most of the time. Just needed a place to wash up and sleep. Staff were all really nice and helpful !!

Spacious and clean. We had trouble connecting to YouTube on the tv and were assisted immediately.
There were stains on the towels and bed sheets. The area is also close to homeless encampments so be careful if taking public transportation and/or if walking at nighttime.

The beds were good.
A sketchy check-in process where we have to show our credit card to the camera because it's a video check-in??!
understanding when you struggle with English, and above all, the infernal noise from other residents—out of six nights, I only slept properly for two…,
Grinding noise every 5 minutes above the sink.
