My husband and I spent three nights at this resort. It was beautiful. We wanted a location between Key Largo and Key West. This resort was in that location. Our room was very clean. The resort had two swimming pools and a small beach area. It had a tiki bar to relax at and enjoy a meal and drinks. It sat next to a turtle rehabilitation center, the Turtle Hospital. We enjoyed a visit to it.
The main restaurant was closed at the time. Room service for breakfast was available and the tiki bar provided food.

Villa was very nice and spacious, beds were comfortable, food and drinks were delicious, hygiene standards were high, convenient parking
Check-in was extremely slow, all receptionists were every time overwhelmed (and kept picking up the phone while talking to you in person), receptionist at check-in was a bit rude and dismissive / „Gen Z stare“ (they didn’t have our reservation on file when we arrived due to a technical issue, no apology received)

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting.
Based on the hotel’s name, we imagined a Tranquility stay. There are countless villas on the resort grounds where it was quiet and peaceful. Despite this, a noisy family that shouted until dawn was placed in the villa next to ours. The family consisted of about 20 people, who were, of course, staying in other villas, but they partied right in front of our villa and in our garden. Even though we told the staff that they were breaking all the hotel rules, they did nothing about it. So we didn't get any sleep at all during the two nights we spent there.
