Process of booking and checking into hotel was easy and smooth process. Staff were helpful with any questions we had and were more than happy to assist with any troubles during stay.

Our room had external light combining through at night despite blockout blinds.

Being on the 11th floor
No swimming pool. And no microwaves in the room and no complementary breakfast although they had a restaurant but it was very very pricey. $28 for a special hamburger that sucker better be made out of gold.
