Customer service , every employee we interacted with was wonderful , the attached parking garage , we didn't use it but will take advantage of it next text , $24 a night is a small price to pay for the security of your vehicle , the breakfast was good , standard hot options but the complimentary dinner and drinks was a very nice touch. Every night from 5:30-7 , they have dinner and each adult get 3 complimentary adult beverages , my husband really appreciated that 😂 Great location , short walk to the North Market , overall very enjoyable 👌 Definitely recommend staying here.
Very little to complain about but there are a few things we didn't like , the hot tub was not hot at all , lukewarm at best , that was disappointing because we really looked forward to that , the pillows were awful , bed was comfy though , amd we found it strange that there weren't any trash bags in the cans provided in the room , but we made it work with bags we got from shopping. This place is very family friendly so there were a lot of children which isn't really a bad thing , just something to consider if you're a couple looking for a relaxing getaway away from your own children 😂

Our stay at the Drury Plaza Columbus downtown was great. The best part was the friendly staff. I have never stayed at hotel where each and every staff member, from the reception, the kitchen, housekeeping, restaurant greet you with a genuine smile. We were so well taken care of. Cherry on top was the scrumptious breakfast and dinner buffet spread.
