Generally great hotel staff overall very good although my colleague had an issue with a member of staff holding a credit card when paying for drinks.
We did mention this to the hotel and it was resovled but still very disapointing.
One staff person in the skybar withheld my colleagues credit card once taken to pay for drinks.

It was a beautiful room with a nice, clean decor, and a gorgeous view. I was there for a convention so it was worth the price for the ease of access to the event. Room service, and the ground floor bar were very nice.
Sounds weird, but the pillows were a bit rough for me. They were feather pillows which I think caused a little congestion, and a stiff neck for me, its just preference.
There wasn't a complementary breakfast, I think it would've been a nice addition at this price point.

Great location. Room looked like what was pictured on the listing. Comfy bed!

Call Hilton I gave them a blistering review directly. If you rate this hotel higher then a 7, then you’re fools
