Staff was nice
Power was out half our stay. Not their fault but didn't feel compensated at all. I'm disabled and had to walk up the stairs to the room. Spent a bunch on Doordash because dinner service was canceled understandably. All of the amenities other than the pool area were closed and filled with like, 9 kids and one adult watching them on their phone in the pool.

Loved how clean it was, saw a lot of reviews about roaches, but my fiance is in pest control and put up a monitoring station, 0 bugs for the whole 2 weeks!

We like confort in our suite.Fridge,Mini stove, tv, dish washer, microway.
We came from outside of Us with a small dog 40 min before check in. Needed to change our clothes and to go to Memorial Asap Receptionist was willing to let us check in earlier, but not chief reception lady.It was very disappointing.

Location is good, staff is friendly.
We booked a suite but first given a single room. On complaint we were told that suite is not available due some system issue. On insisting for the suite we were asked to stay in the single room till suite is available at 4:00 Pm which then 5 Pm then 6 Pm then found it on 7;00 PM. Key pad of the single room was not working and we were stuck as we would not be able to leave the room open with our stuff. Later same issue with suite door. Then I specifically asked if they can use master key to let us go out and in for the day.
