The staff were all amazing. So helpful, friendly, etc. Love the art everywhere, galleries, restaurant. Pool and hot tub were nice.
Could have been a little more inexpensive. I can do with continental breakfast. Like to enjoy local restaurants when I travel.

walking distance to Mass MOCA
bed was comfortable
not well maintained — all night the air conditioner loudly cycled on and off, water streamed down the side of the building outside the window (it was a clear night - it wasnt rain), bathroom cabinets were worn and chipped
the staff were okay but aloof
