The free shuttle to downtown Charleston was a great perk. Having the breakfast included with our stay was also a nice benefit. What we most liked about our room was the very comfortable bed got some good night sleep
Our bathroom could’ve used some maintenance but other than that her stay was great

The staff is awesome!! Very nice and polite. The shuttle drivers were also great!! I stayed there because of the shuttle to MUSC.
Better lighting at the sink would be nice.
Also, running the air conditioning made everything feel damp.

The place is tired, old, and needs a good renovation. The elevators are dirty and unkempt. The rooftop restaurant however was good with a friendly helpful staff and surprisingly good food.
