The property was close to the freeway and bus stops. The room was huge and clean with a little kitchenette (came with microwave, fridge and a sink). They offered good breakfast and the staff were so friendly. We loved that we were not too far from downtown but far enough that we didn’t have to worry about too many people and didn’t have to pay for parking at the hotel either.
I believe because we were closer to the freeway and the room was closer to the road, we could feel the shakiness of the busy streets. The room would shake pretty hard sometimes.

Location was great. Near multiple bus/tram stations. Near many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was very good, the lovely woman ran it really well and was so nice to everyone. Pool and gym were nice.
It's a bit run down, but kept up well in spite of that.

Location and hot water.
Fragments of construction in the stairwell and our hallway. The hot tub was out for maintenance our first night and the elevator was out for the other half. The bed was not comfortable.
