I liked the price and staff was awesome.
The rooms carpet needed shampooed as there were stains, dried buggers and what looked like a considerable amount of dirt from heavy traffic. Shower needed caulked, no microwave and light over coffee machine strobed. Also ice machine was broken on the floor.

I asked for a river view only to be told there are no river views. A paper cup was stained. The shower leaked. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The staff seemed to not want to be bothered and kept pushing off questions.
