Location. But this last experience, I will not stay there again.
Called the desk at 2:30 in the morning. Because of the upstairs room was making too much noise. The noise didn’t stop until 5:30 in the morning. So nothing happened where I can get some sleep. Also, the next day on Sunday, I had no hot water. Let the hot water on for about 10 minutes and never had hot water.
