The short distance to CLT airport, convenience and safe environment.
Our air conditioner was making noise and made it hard to sleep. We arrived rather late and were leaving early the next day, so I did not report the problem.

It was good
I reserved an assisted room with a walk-in shower and two queen beds.At first I was given an assisted room with shower tub- I refused. Second I had a room with roll in shower but one bed. I was told no other was available.

Location was good, breakfast good, Inform that hotel was as being remodel.
Shower was cold at night and again in the morning. No current phone chargers for new phones in room, no charging stations.
