The hotel itself was top notch but Rebecca and Reid were the superstars ! Holiday Inn is lucky to have such great people working for them. They were so friendly and made us feel so welcomed. This made us book another stay here just because of this excellent experience.

It was great but I had tremendous problems getting my 88 year old Mom through all the maze of elevators and hallways to get there. I would HIGHLY recommend they open the one outside door to hotel guest so I could park in the handicapped parking spot and drive my Mom there...getting her through the hotel was very difficult so we ate breakfast elsewhere the followning days.

The service , the restaurant, the cleanness are all good. Especially the receptionist Nate is great. He is so sweet and thoughtful to me.
Only there is no water kettle in the room so I have to go to the lobby to get my hot water every time. It’s a pain when I was sick and need lots of hot water.

The bed was comfortable
Very little breakfast provided. No coffee. No omelettes and very little available. A power outage had occurred but the guests werVe the ones who had prepaid for something and it wasn't provided. That cost should be born by the business and not the customer. There was no compensation provided.
