Room was clean, shower and air conditioning worked great, and helped reduce traffic noise. parking was good, host was good as well. There were plenty of restaurants bars within walking distance and it was close enough to the river for activities.
Noise near intersection and other rooms you could hear doors slamming and kids running around jumping and riding bikes on the second floor was pretty loud so rooms need more sound proofing. Spring beds were uncomfortable and saggy, need more spine support. Mattress topper was wasn’t great either but the rest of the facilities were great.

I thought the staff was very responsive did their best to accommodate what I needed.
The outside street is quite loud so if you are looking for a quiet location this isn't it.
However, I will say it is possible to ask for a room off to the side which may be a bit quieter.
Additionally, the rooms have shutters over windows which look nice but in the evening the walkway lights filter into the room, a suggestion would be to put blackout curtains inside each room to help darken things up when sleeping.

It was a nice refurbished motel. Comfortable bed & pillows. Small but served the purpose of sleeping overnight.Complimentary beverages at check in
There was an area on the floor that needed repair as I almost tripped.No coffee maker in room but good size refrigerator and a small microwave.
The street noise was loud throughout the night and people were sitting on stairs where it was hard to walk through.ADA parking had 2 trailers in the space
