Clean and comfortable, conveniently located next to a bar and grill.
Staff had AC/DC and Metallica cranking on the lobby speakers, kind of hard to hear when checking in. Breakfast advertised at 6:30, I was there just after 6:30 and the lights were out and doors locked, I tried again at 6:45, same deal. Closer to 7:00 and they opened the doors.

This facility was clean with tons of amenities. A heated indoor pool, outdoor patio with picnic tables, a grill, lights and a small cold breakfast buffet in the morning.
Small cosmetic blemishes in the room. Towel bars missing, small holes in bathroom door (thin wood), thin blankets and very small table for "dining area" in room.

The room was a good value and good location.
The pool was closed - I had heard many positive things about the pool from locals and other visitors, so was disappointed that it was closed. It is described as a 'boutique' hotel, but not sure what that meant. The room was very basic - nothing boutique. The room was not cleaned for our stay - I guess they only do it once you leave. This is not my experience with hotels. The room is usually cleaned daily (new sheets and towels) unless there are water use restrictions or you say you don't need that service.
