Everything was great!! The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were awful!! My Walmart pillows at home were more comfortable than those!! Fluff them put you head down and you could feel it deflate!!!!

No breakfast. Location was good.
Had to request a bottle of body wash as the one in the shower was empty. The air conditioning unit was loud making it a bit hard to sleep and stay asleep.

The hotel is in a great location and well situated. The room was very large and appeared clean
the pull out was for only 1 single person, and when we pulled it out at 11 pm at night.. ( i had indicated on my reservation I was bringing minors), there was absolutely no bedding on the bed or in any of the closets. We called for delivery and it was done promptly. The pull out was terrible... metal springs and just low quality and only fit 1 person. The tv in the bedroom was not connected to the remote and we never figured it out. ... and just 3 towels? for a king suite?
Additionally, I arrived at 1535 hours and was told my room would be ready at 1600 hours and the desk would text me. We went to an early dinner and waited for the text that never came... went back at 1730 and room was ready, but i was never contacted. Finally... the room attendant came and knocked on our door at 0920 hours asking if we were leaving? Checkout is at 11 am? We felt like we were being pushed out.
