Everything....staff, location, clean.... And that we didn't have to go all the way downstairs for ice. There was a ice machine on both the 1st and 3rd floors.
More pillows would have been nice.

The staff is fabulous! I would have given less points if it was not for them. They deserve the gold star!
Old, needs repairs, commode has a crack, the bathroom vanity is cracked, the faucet to turn on the shower is loose and very hard to use. (Had to ask a staff member for help, very accommodating). Mattress was old a bit broken down. Not worth $300 a night! It will not allow the video of the broken shower handle!
