Good breakfast, lovely large room, friendly staff.
No sheets in room for spare bed. Replaced after second call only.
No hairdryer despite multiple calls to front desk, souced one from a stranger on our floor who wasn't using theirs.
Broken elevator made for many long walks, and long lineup at the working one. We were there three days and no repair crew was visible.

Location is great, Hotel is clean
WiFi wasn’t working on 5th floor where I got the room and I asked reception they said will be fixed very soon but it never fixed whole of my stay as I would have to come to lobby to access hotel internet.
