Loud guests above us. We were on the 3rd floor. They were stomping and woke us several times through the night and 4am. Extremely obnoxious.

The presentation walking in was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool and the gym areas. The common areas where we ate breakfast was very accommodating and nice. We love the view over the little Traverse Bay area and how centrally located the hotel was we would definitely stay here again.
The hot tub had a lot of foam on it, indicating that it needed more treatment since that usually results from peoples detergent and oils. The bed was a little firm. We prefer soft to medium, and we would prefer real eggs over bagged eggs. The shower-head in our room was at the very top and I’m an average size person and could barely feel the water pressure.
