Location, I liked having the option of having the limo service to downtown.
Common areas were dirty. I don’t believe they ever clean the elevator floors. The room where the ice and vending machines are not clean.

Breakfast was great and loved the coffee machine and the pancake maker.
First floor rooms have more noise, and especially in the morning when the staff is getting ready to start their shift

The hotel amenities were great. A nice big pool, nice variety of breakfast offerings, water available at check in and the best of all complimentary limo services to local places - this in particular made the stay over the top.
Our room needed significant upgrades. The mattresses were not at all comfortable, and when the sheets pulled off we noticed the mattress was grossly stained. The room carpet needs a refresh, tv only offers network cable, bed bases were ripped, bathroom had rust and chipping paint. I will at least say the room was cleaned well and the lobby/dining area as well. I have stayed in nicer rooms for $150 a night, and the hotel was charging $400+ a night.
