Staff, room and view were great. I would stay here again. Good location to Petoskey. Easy to get to Traverse City and to Mackinac Island. Staff was very helpful.
Breakfast was exactly the same everyday. Always scrambled eggs and sausage, Biscuits and Gravy, Make you own waffle. Bread and danish. Would have liked to see some bacon and breakfast potatoes.

Front desk staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful.
Our room smelled so musty we couldn't stand it. Fortunately, the weather was decent so we opened the window all the way to get fresh air, but it still wasn't sufficient to help the smell. With it being the night before the Labor Day Mackinac Bridge walk, we paid a lot of money for a room that smelled terrible.

OK but very limited towels and no kleenex provided
The hallways are too dark as well as stairwells. Needs an elevator for heavy loads and bad knees
