If you have and type of trouble medically with high tubs and standard height toilets request handicap accessible features.

I would book again but would have to make sure I get the first floor. hope the prices don’t change any higher or wouldn’

convenient to get to. beds were very comfortable. prices in the winter I feel should be a bit cheaper.

no elevator was kind of an issue as my knees are in rough shape. didn’t know when I booked the room but wanted a bay view not realizing had to climb steps. my sister wouldn’t go in the pool because she felt it wasn’t very clean. :(

Superb

Everything was very clean and the staff was beyond friendly. We had the King Suite and were accommodated with a second room directly across the hall in order to house all 9 of us.

The beds could be a little softer.

Great stay, good value. Stayed before and will stay again.

Location is great. Was nice to have a room with view of the water. Pool area is big and clean. Kids love it. Breakfast area also big with lots of seating and clean. Breakfast itself also pretty good. Room price was very reasonable for this visit. Loved that there were dispensers in shower for shampoo, conditioner and body wash so we could use what we needed.

Beds/pillows could be a touch more comfortable.

I just didn't expect the hotel to be that nice for the price I paid: friendly staff, large and clean rooms and a bay view!!!

Great stay and location for family vacation.

Room was a nice size. Pool area was great. Clean and bright facilities. Breakfast room big and clean. Well maintained. Nice staff.

Beds/pillows weren't the most comfortable. Breakfast was adequate with some choices but the eggs weren't very good and would have liked more fruit options.

It was comfortable and enjoyable

My breakfast was a good egg and sausage breakfast, but there were numerous options including hot and cold cereal, Belgian waffle, etc. Everything was hot and tasty. We made changes to our reservations due to illness and everyone was very accommodating.

room was clean. the hotel was nice and had a good location but was a little pricey i thought. overall a good stay.

the price seemed a little high for what it was.
