The receptionist - Cathy - was really sweet and helpful!
The rooms are not the best. Could have some more amenities such as conditioner, etc.

Breakfast was suitable and did not expect much of it. I valued how convenient it was to the bus stop for me to board the Cap Metro 🚇 bus 🚌 back to UT Austin area and catch the last bus 🚌 to Bergstrom airport ✈️ and fly back to San Diego, CA.
The AC was blasting and it was not necessary. I had to turn it off.

Friendly staff. Susan was really friendly and helpful too. ATM on site. Hotel close to I-35 and walking distance within Chevron Gas Station.
Not good variety of continental breakfast. Elevator is really slow. Room was moldy. Vending Machines don’t take debit/ credit card or Apple Pay. It’s cash only and quarters too. You have to ask front desk to break change when drawing out money from the ATM. Pillows was really hard. Not safe location and crack heads was walking every where.
