Breakfast was great with different selections everyday. It was evident that the person in charge cares a lot as she was frequently checking on the food and was courteous with all the guests. The room had a lot of outlets and places to charge electronics which made it super convenient.

Breakfast was decent and there was staff constantly cleaning the area and making sure things were well stocked. I really liked seeing the hotel take the extra steps to ensure all guests were able to get breakfast.
Room was spacious and the bed was very clean and comfortable. I could tell that the sheets had been changed and the bathroom was clean.
I would have liked to see the hotel enforce the adult swim times. Me and my partner couldn’t wait to use the hot tub. We waited until 11:00 to head to the pool/arcade area and there were kids everywhere. They all were accompanied by adults, so the kids were not just running amuck. However, it was very annoying to have to hear all the noise from them after 11:30. Of course nobody wants to be “that person”. But I feel the adult swimming time should be enforced so all guests are taken into consideration.

Setting, room and staff were great
The property needs to get more than two beat up washer and dryers in a building that has that many rooms. That was very frustrating. The dryers had to be ran two times through to get the clothes dry. That was the only thing I got mad about.You guys need to upgrade that and have at least 2 floors with access to the laundry facilities

Room had a smell to it, similar to pet urine. I tried to use a room spray to mitigate it, but no luck.
