The Comfort Inn Whitehall is pretty much the same as it has been for the past 4 years. That’s how long we’ve been coming here, each year for four days. We particularly like the staff and breakfasts.
It seems as though more is expected from the employees but that could be only my imagination.

Loved how Walmart is right across the road.. Loved how friendly and helpful the staff was.. Loved how comfortable the beds were..
I didn't like some of the characters I saw lurking around at night, but being so close to Walmart of course there's some wandering Wal-martians. I didn't like how on the first night the fire alarm went off and they evacuated the building. That was expected, but the part I didn't like is that my two rooms on the 2nd floor didn't have any alarms nor did a handful of other people on the 2nd floor. When I approached the night manager about this while we were evacuated, she told me she had "manually shut off the alarm for the 2nd floor due to the alarm being triggered on the 3rd". That's incredibly ignorant and dangerous if what she said was true and she told another man the same thing. Don't get me wrong, I would stay here again but I'd request the 1st floor lol
