GREAT EXPERIENCE

Comfy bed, soft, poofy pillows!!! A/C worked wonderfully. I LOVED the big shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. It's nice to know that if I forget to bring shower amenities, I have more than a 2 oz bottle of shampoo to wash my hair with and know that I have enough bodywash to cleanse my entire body, so thank you so much for that!! Tv allowed streaming, YAY!!!!! I give your hotel 5 stars. My husband and I were without power because of the storm and were able to book the last room available for the night. We were definitely not disappointed.

The price was $220.00 for only 1 night. That's extremely expensive and it wasn't even a suite. Very loud hotel guests.

It’s a “sorry” excuse of a hotel!!!!

Far from everything. Needed a taxi for every place Staff gave a sorry for every request. Highly overpriced for type of facilities.

I'd stay there again. BTW the McDonnalds down the street is very poorly run.

Room was clean & large & quiet. Location was ok. Rate was reasonable, but not a bargain.

Breakfast room had no running water. No hot water for tea. Breakfast was only a snack at best. There is a good breakfast restaurant across the street--should have provided coupon. Staff was short.

Don’t book this dirty lazy hotel.

It was dirty. stood there 3 days not once got housekeeping. they blame it on Covid. But with Covid shouldn’t they care about cleanness. Horrible.

We met friends elsewhere for breakfast is why we did not eat at the facility. The breakfast offerings look good.. The most outstanding feature for the room was a super shower...plenty of pressure and great head on the shower. The best pressure I nave seen in a Hotel.

Staff tried, and it was clean, but still a disappointment with sticker shock.

Most of the staff were amazing, particularly Jaquelyn who checked us in at the front desk and the owner. The repairman gaslighted us about a problem with the bathroom light fixture that kept going out, including when I was in the shower.

The bill was $30 OVER What we were quoted! That quote included taxes! I was beyond shocked and dismayed. I was disappointed in the repairman and his attitude. Especially when he came back at noon, when we were slated for a 2 pm checkout.

Move on; choose a different hotel.

The staff was friendly, the decor was cute and the room was clean.

The bed was horrible; we had a terrible night's sleep. The continental breakfast was a joke; there wasn't even fruit. Also, the charging socket by my bedside was weak and didn't even charge my phone.

Fantastic....great place to stay!

We loved the pool...warmest we have ever been in. The salt water was great compared to chlorinated pools...no harsh smells or burning eyes. Breakfast was pretty decent for Covid times, but given the setup it looks like it would be great under normal conditions.

The room had a strong smell upon entering, but you adjusted. Not sure if it was a cleaning solution for Covid or a closed up smell from not being used.
