The location was great, the room was pretty comfortable, the bed and pillows and sheets were very soft and comfy. Speedy was great, he was a big help with our luggage both arriving and leaving and was super friendly. Also we were accommodated early check in by an hour which we really appreciated because we had to rush to get ready for a black tie wedding that evening.
The room initially was pretty hot. The air had not been turned on until we walked into the room, so it took some time to cool down.

Close to river walk and major attractions. Architectural boat tour was exceptional. Michigen river and Navy pier tour was also a great experience.

The location was good. Near all the major landmarks.
The hotel staff were friendly.
The entire hotel is outdated. Specially the shabby carpet in the room and the red curtains, also the rooms need a deep clean.. too much dust and fibre made me sneeze.. the hotel rooms look old and classless.
The valet service guy is very rude.
