Excellent location next to red line subway, easy walking to river and incredible views from the apartment.

The Grand Plaza is centrally located to all of the best sites in Chicago. Photos are true to life. Comfortable bed. Well laid out floor plan - plenty of space. Easy check in - friendly door man. Jewel Osco in the building was super convenient and made it easy to have meals in the condo. View is spectacular!
One suggestion - the bathtub/shower is really deep, I would add a bar in the shower for anyone with mobility issues.

The location was perfect. Right outside grand red line , supermarket next door, great restaurants walking distance and a few quiet shops. The apartment itself was great, everything you need and great view of the Chicago sign and lake views.
Nothing but If I had to be picky, only thing is there isn’t a full length mirror in the apartment

The absolutely stunning view.
Not being able to take an elevator from the garage to the penthouse.
