Nice condo- kitchen was great.
Staff was rude upon check-in. I feel staff need to be taught laws on service animals. I felt talked down to and almost scolded upon arrival even though I had emailed with someone else prior to arrival. I made sure to almost stay outta sight with my service dog.
According to the ADA Title III Regulations, a guest with a disability who uses a service dog(s) has the exact same right to reserve any available room as any other guest.
Hotel Room Assignment Restrictions
No "Service Dog Rooms": A hotel cannot isolate handlers into specific wings, floors, or designated rooms out of consideration for other guests or staff allergies.
No Mandatory "Pet-Friendly" Rooms: If a hotel has a designated block of pet-friendly rooms, they cannot force a service dog handler to stay in them. The handler can book a luxury suite, a standard room, or any other tier they choose.
Exclusion Exceptions: The only physical areas a hotel can restrict a service dog from are inherently dangerous or sterile zones. For example, a service dog is allowed on a pool deck but is strictly banned from entering the pool water.
The condo itself was great, but as a whole or experience was not good.

Location good. Seems ok for kids/families. Guess we wanted an adult getaway and this wasn’t it.
Rooms outdated. No blanket on beds. Pool not very clean, kids come in and out bringing sand in from beach. For price outdated and limited amenities.
