I needed assistance at laundry area and KY walked in because she was not able to hear me. Very helpful.
Staff in kitchen closed doors while I was gathering my breakfast. No communication just closed both doors.

Location and extremely helpful person at the front desk
When we got to the room, we needed showers and a good night sleep. We had to get up early in the morning and we had checked in late. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash and we had to calm down to the front desk. The containers in the shower were all empty, but they brought up new containers very fast, but it was quite inconvenient.
