We asked for a lower level because stairs are difficult for us and they accommodated us.
The evening shuttle driver was prompt and helpful.
The morning shuttle driver was prompt but sat inside the van and had us load our own luggage into the van in the pouring rain. She also did not get out to help unload at the train station.

The property was old; however, it was extremely clean. It was also very private and quiet. The Continental breakfast was quite a pleasant surprise. I really liked the sausage and the scrambled eggs were not overcooked as they normally are at these breakfasts.
The furnishings were definitely updated. Nevertheless, they were comfortable. The bed was a bit too soft for me. But I did sleep soundly as it was so quiet.
