The people are welcoming and the place is clean and comfortable. There are many rooms so this isn't an isolated place (which lends a sense of security). The host did a fantastic job communicating via text. It's possible they were at the facility as well when I arrived. It was hard to tell who was staying there and who might own it.
The neighborhood doesn't instill confidence. I rented this for a 22 year old man but walked through it with him out of curiousity before he gave me a ride to the airport. He chose not to return and found another place to stay based on his uneasiness with the neighborhood and worries regarding theft and the rental car. This was an expensive decision, especially since he is a student, but he felt it was worth it. I would have stayed and been fine (Im a woman over 50), but am posting this to let others know I suggest only staying here if you are comfortable with a good block/bad block type of neighborhood.
