Has washing machine and dryer, has kitchen.

Has washing machine and dryer, but costs $6 per load in quarters to use them. Shared bathrooms for 8 rooms, 2 upstairs (one of which was locked our entire stay) and one down stairs. The bathrooms ran out of toilet paper (less than 1 roll per bathroom when we arrived) and I could not find any more any where.
