Noise from other occupants in the house prevented me from sleeping.
The house was as appeared in the photos and was clean. The location was convenient to Alaska Regional Hospital. If I was to judge solely on those, I'd be quite happy with the accommodation.
Believe the reviews about the sound issues. The walls are thin and large gaps under the bedroom doors transfer sound throughout the house, and you can hear everything. The people in the neighboring room were noisy downstairs until very late at night. They came up into their room around 3 AM and then made noise until 5 AM. I could hear their conversations, crying child, coughing, etc. Therefore, I got very little sleep. A decent place to shower and the ability to sleep is all I need of an accommodation. I had one of the two. Part of that is the luck of the draw of other people in the house, but it's a risk that people must be prepared to take if they choose to stay here.

Ist gut für eine Nacht
Sauber! Gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern.
Die Wände sind wirklich sehr dünn und man kann Alles von den Nachbarräumen hören.

We will never return to this place and recommend others avoid it, too.
Nothing
1. There are no screens on the window so the flies and mosquitoes were able to fly in or we closed the window and it was very stuffy and hot. We killed a bunch of insects.. 2. No tissues in the bedroom or bathroom. Ran out of hand soap and paper towels in the bathroom. 3. We came back in the evening to the strong, horrible smell of guests cooking fried fish. The unpleasant odor wafted through the whole house. 4. Using the wifi was impossible. We kept getting bounced off of it and the TV would not hold a channel. The staff member said he would try to fix it while we went out, but the same thing happened when we returned. 5. The downstairs tenant had a loud arguement with her brother, who came out of the apartment and told the staff that she had just sold her dog for drugs and put a hole in the wall. The staff member called the police and four of Anchorage's finest men in blue arrived to do whatever they do in these situations. The police weren't there long, but this event points to the type of place this rental is and neighborhood it is in. 6. The staff person had his hands full, but was able to keep the place clean.

Good enough for a night's stay
Bathrooms very nice and spacious. Easy street parking. Not too far from the airport. Easy after hours check in.
Bed/room was too small for 2 persons. Coffee machine didn't work.

Surprised that Booking.com even has sketchy places like this on their site!
The room and bathroom area seemed clean and it was affordable.
This place is sketchy looking, noisy and didn't smell fresh, especially when the resident was cooking dinner. It was hot with no apparent AC, so I had to open a window which had no bug screen. Alaska has a lot of mosquitoes and flying insects and a screen is NEEDED!

I didnt feel safe in that house. A loooot of noises, and people going back and forward at the house.
The bed was confortable
Noises during the whole night. people shouting, TV with its volume as higher as posible, someone throwing up. I didn’t feel safe in that house. They didn’t have a hair dryer, in Alaska!! I did have to sleep with my hair wet and hearing noises.
