The room was clean in appearance and smell. There was a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. They did have excellent presentation of their bathroom shower soaps. The bathroom towels were of good quality. They also had a small old timey coffee pot with coffee and tea pads. They do provide coffee downstairs close to the front desk. I was able to easily take my small dog out for a walk in the morning and evening.
There was no formal notice/paper in the kitchen area that utensils were available at the front desk.
The bathroom doesn’t have a vent fan. TP was like what we have at airports - one ply.
The TV remote sensors are odd.
The refrigerator was poorly placed. One side was against the wall and the door opened away from the wall toward your body. The table was right in front of the refrigerator and had to be moved away from the fridge in order to use it due to the way the fridge door opened.

The suite and the design of facilities in it, the availability of a vending machine, breakfast and dinner though the options are limited.
The suite wasn't ready for occupation. Not cleaned, the TVs weren't working, Microwave was missing, the toiletries weren't replenished despite highlighting and asking for it.
