It fine for a quick stay. Just alittle disappointed with other things.

Near the palace of art and golden gate bridge.

The room smelled musky, a piece of the hard floor was missing. They have a parking lot but its not free parking to guest you have to pay addtion $10.

Disappointing

Location perfect for events in Presidio and Golden Gate Park. Super hot water No charge for our dog.

Noisy, lumpy bed, not very clean , no fridge or micro wave or coffee maker. Ice machine broken. Only one chair and it was broken.

Poor

The man at the front desk spoke English with a terrible accent. The overall place was not clean. The room was decent, but outside the room was dirty. He had to keep the place locked because I guess it’s so dangerous. One of the side windows was boarded up, because I guess it had been broken all in all it was a bad experience.

They stole my money and it was not even a good hotel.

Don’t give your credit card if you have already paid. Even if i showed him that i’ve paid everything on booking, he asked me to make a transaction for the night and the deposit, and that he will give it back quickly. Since then, i received only one refunding for 1 night without the taxes. So i paid 190€ on booking for all, and i paid a second time 172€ at the hotel, but he gave me back only 79€, so he stole me 90€. Nobody will answer, don’t lose your time and your money

There must be some bed bugs and there’s definitely cockroach.

Rooms need more attention to cleanliness. Coffee machine didn’t work. However I didn’t mention so could have had that fixed if I did I assume.

good one. Close to everything

friendly stuff, flexible check-in, nice internet-connection, free parking, comfortable bed

some odd people wander here (probably isn't a best district), fortunately we and our possessions are good. Stuff close reception's door even by daylight

The room doesn't have any furniture. No night stand, no chair, no fridge, no microwave, no even coffee maker. I had to ask even for a tv remote!!

Exceptional

This hotel is great for people traveling for work or a family that just needs a place to sleep. There are great places to get every meal. You need to remove everything visible from your car. All of San Francisco is smash and grab.

Wouldn't really recommend it. Price was ok but....

The location was good. Close to everything we needed.

It was loud because of the traffic and other guests during the whole night. We had roaches in our room.

Ok for a low budget trip, if you don't have any expectations, friendly staff

Good price in comparison to the others. Good location, lot of bus stops close there, going to many sights only takes like 15-20 min! Close to GGBridge, Marina Bay, FishermansWharf, many nice restaurants, Wallgreen close even apple store is not far away. Neighbourhood not bad. Famous Lombard street(even though the famous part is a little far away) Bed was quite comfortable, bathroom clean. Enough for a short trip to SF if you want to sleep and take a shower. Floor clean, receptionist tried to help wherever he could

Really bad smell in the room(maybe the new paint, can not tell) ... U get used to it after a couple of minutes but first it is a little shock, opening the windows does not help. Drawer with the telephone COMPLETELY DIRTY, (other drwers ok...)Air condition REALLY DIRTY, some lamps quite dirty, onyl one Shower gel for 4 People for the whole stay, only three towels (u can get more if you ask, in our case only the towles not the shower gel) but ok. Tv was working more or less(changing Channel working, changing volume not working), no refrigerator. One light not working but they fixed it later
