Room was good size. Was comfortable bed mostly.. room heater was good. Shower water very hot good.
I understand this was older hotel. Its being repaired but whoever is repairing it is doing crappy job. My room was recently repaired. But wasnt completed and the vinyl on bath floor was loose. Room lighting sucked and had broken lighting and non working light switches
One elevator was not working and upon reaching the 8th floor the elevator bang gard and I thought i was gonna end up back in the lobby.. I guess the state is paying for many perminant residents here. And currently no free breakfast they are putting in a Mexican restaurant. . But this is ok priced. But I think most of hotels in Winston Salem are super outdated. I think room prices just a bit high..

Beds were comfortable
Heat did not adequately warm the room No remote for the tv. No chair for the desk if you need to work. No knobs on the drawers. No closet space. Elevator was stuck on 5 th floor had to walk up 8 flights was working next morning
