They helped greatly with my late checkin

The bed in my room 309 was low to the floor, NO mattress cover only sheets, mattress needs to be replaced and A/C made noise all night.

Nice motel - would recommend

The room was really clean and well appointed. It was quiet, had a fridge and a coffee maker and the bed was so comfy! Appreciated having a shuttle to the airport in the morning and the driver was really nice.

The front desk staff were not very welcoming and the room felt like it was quite a ways from the airport (the taxi ride was over $30 if that says anything).

This hotel was everything we needed, we will return soon.

My family and i really enjoyed the room, it was comfortable and has all the amenities we needed.

There was some construction going on, however it there was no noise or interruption on our part

We were very y happy with a parking charge for a hotel with no food services or pool or amenities and asking for a $125

Our second stay was worst than the first -only one small elevator on the 3rd floor worked, no hair dryer, bathtub plug ETC AND CHECK IN CKERK WAS SURLY

Great location and room

I don't think I will stay there again.

The only thing I liked the king size room was nice because it was a renovated room that was it.

The place was under renovation and the place was a mess, with no restaurant and they didn't have microwaves in the room even if iwented to get food I didn't have a place in room to harm up, they had it in the lobby and I had to come through that mess, they didn't have a pool nothing for my grandson to do and they they need more channels for kids, let's just say it's not kid friendly.

The employees are kind and helpful.

The hotel is going through a big remodeling, there was not water in the shower or the toilet without letting me know, it is really hard to get to the rooms and you get lost in the middle of the construction, the deliveries for the food were lost because of the lack of announcements about how to get to the elevators or to the rooms. I saw all the guest around struggling to get to their rooms, but the worst part was NO WATER. I would live to get my money back if I would know how to request for it, I would request it without a doubt.

Okay for one night.

Location is great, near the airport

We did not get the room advertised, we requested a double queen room and got a king with pullout instead, also it's under construction on the first floor, kind of unsettling.

The dust all over the place. It triggered my allergies and I coughed all night. The toilet handle was broken and out of the socket. The internet/TV was not available and the ice machine was not available to get ice..

due to renovations the internet was in and out - this made it hard for staff to get room keys for guess checking in

unsatisfactory in every way. I hope the renovations improve the hotel but I’m not convinced of that

the proximity to airport

the renovations were not just in lobby and gym- the whole place seemed affected by dirt dust workmen and building materials. the morning staff was totally not efficient and would not help me with my request even though the afternoon staff told me I could settle my account with cash as was written in email to me from Sonesta I have sent Sonesta an email with my complaint but have had no response. can you look into this for me please.

Not what I expected

Staff was friendly and location was convenient

Check in was 4:00 and we arrived at 6:30 and the room was not ready, they did waive the parking fee( don't even think you should charge guests to park) but it was still inconvenient after traveling all day. Hotel is also under renovation which I was not aware of when I booked my stay back in November.
