Almost everything was good

The location was fantastic. Even though it is situated on a major street, it was incredibly convenient with easy access to the freeways. There are tons of great restaurants and shops within walking distance, which made exploring the area a breeze. Additionally, the hotel lobby was very clean and the breakfast offered a reliable start to the day with standard options like eggs, turkey bacon, and oatmeal.

While the lobby was clean and breakfast was standard, the room itself was a bit disappointing. It was advertised as a suite, but it functioned more like a small studio. For a family of four, it felt very cramped; once the pull-out couch was open, it took up the entire floor, leaving us "on top of one another." Additionally, the bed was not the King size we were promised but it was comfortable. The internet was also a significant issue. It was unreliable for work meetings, and the room layout made troubleshooting difficult. The desk is on one side of the room while the phone is on the opposite side by the bathroom, making it nearly impossible to talk to tech support while actually working on the computer. For a modern hotel, the connectivity should have been seamless from the start.
