Bed was very comfortable and it was clean. They were able to accommodate a request to be on the first floor since I was traveling with my dog.
A non-refundable charge of 120 for a dog is ridiculous. It should be refundable, I wouldn't stay here again if traveling with my dog. There didn't seem to be some good choices for food - maybe I didn't look hard enough.

There were homeless people lingering near by.

The room was very clean and had good air conditioning! Also, the staff were very nice and helpful.
There was a $10 parking fee, and you could smell the trash in the hallway (i.e. diapers). The restaurant food was pretty awful and the included breakfast was more restrictive in comparison to other Marriott Courtyards in CA even though the menu was the same.
