Staff was very polite and made sure we got a room in the lower level so my mother could be comfortable, rooms where very clean and spacious, breakfast was good as well.
The coffee maker in the breakfast area was not working and a couple of guests were disappointed but the staff was working on it promptly and also told us that we could make coffee in our rooms and if more was needed they would happily provide it to us
