The price was absolutely fantastic for Coral Gables. And the facilities were very good for this price. A supermarket is in walking distance. The area is totally safe. Room was clean.
I had something noisy outside my window. But I only stayed one night. Likewise, the ice machine in the corridor was very noisy. I would not want to be in a room near that thing. I am sensitive to noise. Others probably don’t care.

I didn't visit it, but my sister did and came back with nothing for me to eat.
I heard that the breakfast was not a true breakfast but a selection of pre-made options. The fact that Marriott does not include breakfast in the cost of the stay is okay with me, but at least offer better selections to choose from. Lobby coffee would be a nice touch.
