Everything was clean, updated and in excellent condition.
The staff was helpful, kind and polite.
The pull out sofa bed was very firm and all the pillows in the room were extremely soft. I needed just one firm pillow for myself!

The AC was on and the room was nice and cold when we checked in after being in the sun all day that was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Even though we were on the first floor, we didn't hear much from the other rooms above or around us.
We had to wait till after 6 to check in. I know it's close to the university and they were full from the night before but it made it hard to get ready for the event we were going to. Once we got back to the hotel though, we were checked in very quickly. Our room had a door to the courtyard and there were people out in the courtyard being loud till about 1130 and when our neighbor opened their door, it sounded like our door was being rattled.
