My husband had stayed at this hotel very recently for a business trip and did not have any issues to report. We chose to return because the location is great. We also thought we might need a kitchen. The second queen bed is a pull out couch with a terrible mattress on it, but it turned out to be a life saver for our toddler when their travel bed which sits on the floor turned out to be too cold. The other thing that was great about the room was the true black out curtains, also very helpful when putting the child to sleep. The room was clean and we had a nice interaction with the cleaning staff when we asked for more trash bags.
However, the room itself is much too noisy. I guess each unit has its own furnace and air conditioner. That utility closet is right next in the middle of the room, in a closet between the bed and the bathroom. The appliances in the kitchen are also super noisy. The fridge of course goes on and makes noise repeatedly throughout the night. Do not run the dishwasher after dinner if you want to go to sleep or even watch tv. We thankfully ran it the morning we checked out. It’s a plastic interior and extremely noisy.
