Coffee in room was only decaffeinated

The breakfast wasn't available when we departed at 4 AM.

The building was very loud. We had only a few hours there to rest before a long trip. The room above us had alot of noise in it. So much it was impossible for us to rest. Front desk told us too bad. The people in the room can make as much noise as they wanted until 10PM. I will never stay there again!

Expensive for what it was.

Newer property and clean.

Wired layout. Was a suite but no separation between living area and bed. Two TVs but one didn’t work and would not have possible to watch different shows at same time anyway, they were basically next to each other.

It was clean, well maintained with friendly staff.

The design was great and it was very close to the Boise airport.

Very nice hotel. Staff was nice and the location near the airport very convenient.

The facility is very nice. They have a very convenient shuttle to the airport. I didn't have a car and so I needed to be close to a restaurant. There is an adjacent neighborhood that made for a nice walk to a nearby park.

Thank you to the staff for your attentiveness and assistance during our stay.

Location was good and breakfast was good. The staff were AMAZING.

The pool was disgusting, cloudy and dirty. This was disappointing as this was the main reason we decided to stay at this hotel for. I know there is short staff due to the pandemic but I think the pool could have been cleaned and maintained. We also wanted room service and we were told because of short staff we could not be provided that service. I understand but I think it’s his could have been handled.

I’ve never had staff enter our room like that before. Very unprofessional

I liked the bed, probably one of the best hotel beds I’ve slept in.

There was no soap in the bathroom which wasn’t noticed until I was in the shower. The staff entered our room at 9 am while we were sleeping to clean then tried to come in again later before check out. We didn’t have a do not disturb sign for our door.

It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

The attendants were helpful and friendly. My stay was close to the airport and above all had a shuttle to the airport. This transport was a plus.

Disappointing

The first room, 406 has a very disturbing low level frequency hum. I believe it's from the air handler that must be right above the room. Cleaning staff needs to pay attention to the details, such as cleaning under the mirror in the bathrooms where there is measurable debris.
