The location was great to get to places we were seeing, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Cave of the Winds, etc. Hotel was very clean and had great customer service.

Lobby and bar area were nice. Room was nice. Nice shower
Husband thought breakfast buffet was lacking. Need more variety.
Kind of isolated as far as location. Couldn't walk from hotel to any sights.

The food of the restaurant. The place is terrible, but the food is healthy. A nice surprise.
The housekeeping is terrible, they don’t even make up the beds. We were 4 and I had to ask every day for an extra set of towels. They don’t clean. I didn’t like the bedsheets: old and smelly.
The room can not be ventilated as the window does not open. The aircon makes a lot of noise. Small bathroom.
