We loved our overall stay. Despite the renovations going on, this hotel is a great location! The breakfast area, as well as the food, were great. The staff so friendly. The room was set up perfectly. The pool looked so inviting and the gym was set up with more than you typically see at hotels.
My only recommendation is that the furniture be cleaned more often and better to get stains out of the cushions. Also the pull out bed mattress could be updated, a little rough to sleep on.

Across fro PNC park. Mini suit has lots of room and nice kitchen
Lobby and dining under construction. Difficult to come and go. Breakfast employees seemed to stand around chatting a lot. Bathroom dates and shower faucet dripped.

Great location. Rooms are roomy,, comfortable. Breakfast was good.
The biggest problem was our group had 6 rooms reserved. We called earlier and asked to have our rooms on same floor and that we would be arriving fairly late. Upon arrival two of our group were told their rooms had been canceled. We didn’t cancel. Hotel Blamed it on 3rd party booking but we were given conflicting messaging. not enough room here to describe the fallout but it was messy.
